the concept behind our dissertation is basically to establish the sccessful botique bar The Houseof Coco Tang as being fashion forward and ultimately a part of the industry. Sedge and I came up with the idea to put on a fashion show in the venue based on promoting their new cocktail menu; Fairytale and Wonderland. Its magical. We want our show to promote the menu in a way that connects concepts and product to the fashion industry in order to get in touch with the right target market. We want to work with high end fashion and freelance desigers as well as students to sowcase 'up and coming talent' because ulimately, the bar is aimed at the student clientele.
