Trashebolsas

Trashebolsas was one of the sponsers for the show and i simply love it! Jan made and designed the bags especially for the show and they fitted the theme perfectly! Literally about ten minutes ago she made a facebook fanpage so join up!

the bags are made in the Philippines by the less privelaged inhabitants there. but unlike many mass produced fashion items, sales of the bags that these people make give them the chance to escape from poverty. Trashebolsas is all about ethical correctness and educates the workers in methods of recycling their own trash so that the environment benefits too! the bags are made from
•Tarpaulin from advertising banners
•Rice sacks that are unwanted, unusable due to holes, or with faulty overprinting
•Foils from packaging
and the transformation is incredible..who'd have thought that you really could get a highly stlish accessory that has been genuinely ethically made! Trashebolsas stands out to me as being unique because of this..the designs of the bags (unlike a lot of 'green brands') arent made to look this way, its just a benefit!
we have the bags from the show to sell on for jan if anyone would like one, you can be sure noone else is gonna be rocking around with a Dirty Cinderella Glass Slipper bag thats for sure :)

Thank you Trashebolsas
