So today i headed to the library thinking i would do some work...this plan failed. i found the magazine archive and OH WOW im annoyed at myself for leaving it until my third year to venture this far in. it was quite literally my version of Ollivanders wand shop in Harry Potter...walls and walls of vogues from every year and every country. i couldnt even decide where to start with that one! but the Wonderland archive was somewhat smaller and I spent hours just reading through past magazines and looking at editorials. infact, it was pretty lucky there was someone else waiting for the scanner otherwise i might be there all night.
certain shoots i loved i scanned in to blog, the following was in the sept/october 2009 edition and i just loved it. The harsh lighting and emphasised shadows add a structured and fierce appearance to the images and i love the way that so much use of white within the styling doesnt look over the top or out of place.
