Jan Welters is a photographic icon of mine! i am an avid fan of her work and once again she has wowed me with a shoot in Elle UK March 2010. Where the Wild Things Are is a shoot oozing atitude and effortless cool. an effect that Welters gives off in each and every one of her images that i have seen. i recognised it a mile off..perhaps due to the similarities between this collection of images and the ones i have ripped out for my bedroom wall.
Anne-Marie Curtis has styled the shoot and has captured a new take on the tribal print trend that we have seen in seasons before now. altogether the images are strong and powerful.
