The seventh of May this year will not only be my little sisters 18th birthday and the day after the general elections but also the third anniversary of the tragic suicide of fashion legend Isabella Blow. Having been diognosed with Ovarial cancer Blow tried her third and final attempt to end her own life by drinking weed killer. This year, 2 biographies of her life in the industry will be released to mark the annversary. definate holiday reading if you ask me, i cant wait to learn more about the ways in which this head-strong, determined woman made it to the top, always wearing a quirky, statement making crown atop that signature black bob.
Recognised in term of personal fashion she was often photographed wearing bright red lipstick and a suit cinched in at the waist.
