Surfers Paradise

Surfers Paradise, the place of parties, surf and high rise buildings. It rained. A lot. The floods were just hitting Queensland and everyone was scared they were on their way down - which they were. We had some brilliant days at the Theme Parks; Wet n Wild and Moviworld and were still with the wicked group of people that we met in Coffs Harbour and Byron but the few days we were there everyone was generally stressed and thinking about where best to escape to. Probably didnt see Surfers to the extent I should have but had a lovely meal with the girls on our last night and will remember it as all being part of the travelling experience! Lets be honest, I can do grotty nightclubs and pretty beaches anywhere in the world!
