As per usual, taking us into the crazy whirlwind that is her creative mind. She names her signature style to be based upon; "The adaptation of historical garment construction into modern clothing.” This is no excception. Taking inspiration from classical music, books, paintings, museums and art galleries when searching for inspiration for a new collection, this designer is nothing if not cultured. AW 2011 reminds me of the circus.
A quote that springs to mind; "What an idea. What a mad, crazy, wonderful idea." - Madhatter, Alice in Wonderland. Appropriate - I think so! Here's a snapshot.
