I cannot stress enough...everyone is going wedding crazy - and this Oscar de La Renta collection and show was no exception! Enchanting and really rather fairytale in my eyes... these pics were taken in the Oscar de la Renta showroom where he presented his Spring 2012 bridal collection on Monday, April 11, in New York. Long silhouettes with bodacious skirts composed of ruffles and organza florets gave the illusion of a woman running through a patch of petals as they joined together to adorn her body. Rabbit hair on a white feathered bolero and scarf meshed perfectly with the springtime garden fauna.
I reminds me of My Fair Lady - almost costume! My fave is the one above, and some of the below look more like garden party tea-dresses than wedding gowns to me, which I guess is the general idea based on the decor around the catwalk. M.A.G.I.C.A.L.
