A gorgeous day in the Hunter Valley with fantastic company and copious amounts of wine! We left at 7.20am on the OzExperience Bus and got to our first winery at about 11. This was by far my favorite one, as the owners were just normal people who had loads of spare land and didnt know what to do with it..so made a vineyard. Brilliant. We went to two more winerys, had lots and lots of samples and bought botles for the bus in between. By the end, not many of us were still assessing the flavours as we were taught. But the day was brilliant.
