Louis Vuitton 2012 catwalk report : Paris Fashion Week

Louis Vuitton was the headline event on the last day of Paris Fashion Week, and the collection designed by Marc Jacobs was my favorite from the annual event. Displayed on an old-fashioned merry go round the models showcased the garments of soft pastel tones in 'organza fabrics laid over white broderie anglaise, laser-cut lace or crisp georgette crepe, with fabrics layered up to four times to produce the desired effect' Jacobs explained.
Structure and shape included buttoned white blouses and full, wholesome skirts, with short jackets. Feminine and delicate the look was completed with accessories consisting of pointed heels and tiaras.

The overall appearance reminded me of some form of snowy winter wonderland and closed the 9 day event.
