This past year the nation was taken by Natalie Portman in Black Swan. Fashion took a dark, obsessive tangent and focussed on the costume featured in the Polyvore film as a starting point. Im fairly sure every female with a remote interest in fashion has purchased something as a result of the increased amount of feathers, ballet pumps, wide shoulders and corsetry on the runway and in stores last season.
