The Rosemount Botanicals Bar was a dream. Located in the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay and dedicated to the only official Fashion Week in the whole of Australia, the bar had amazingly flavoured wine and canapes for its VIPS. Coffee machie in the morning and a freshly made sushi bar at lunch the guests were wined and dined in celebration of the week.
I found my new favorite wine...Apple and Cucumber chardonnay. Beaut.
